He is perfect at communication and is never hesitant to call me, answer my calls, or respond to texts and emails. Timely and effective communication is crucial in the selling and buying of homes, as buyers will not wait endlessly. Dell consistently stays on top in the communication aspect. Our house required a handful of maintenance and repair work, and he was open to supervising and coordinating the logistics. Overall, it was a tremendously positive experience selling our home.
